You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data associated with our game. If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
đ§ Step 1: Send an email from the email address you used for the game (or provide identifying information) to:

đ Step 2: In your email, please include the following information to help us identify your data:
- Your in-game username or character name
- Your user ID (if known, e.g., from game settings/profile)
- The email address you used to register/login (if different from the sending address)
- Any additional details that can help us locate your data (e.g., approximate account creation date)
We recommend sending the email from the same email address you used for the game to speed up verification.
â±ïž Processing Time: We will process your deletion request within 7 working days from the day we receive your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
đ What happens next? After verification, we will permanently delete your personal information from our active databases. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes, but it will no longer be linked to you.
